• Free Shipping: Orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

6. Returns & Refunds

You may return most Products within 15 days of receipt if:

• Items are unused in original packaging with all tags
• Custom-made/personalized items are excluded
• For hygiene/safety, we can’t accept returns on opened crossbow bolts or strings
