Shipping Information
Order Processing
We prepare your archery equipment with care and precision:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Dispatch Notification: You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships
Shipping Options
We offer two delivery methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch)
Archer’s Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Eligibility Requirements
- Returns/exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags and protective coverings intact
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned
Safety Notice: For hygiene and performance reasons, we cannot accept returns on crossbow bolts or crossbow strings once opened.
Return Process
Follow these steps for a smooth return:
- Contact Our Quiver: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Your RMA: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions
- Pack Securely: Repackage items with original materials (bows must be in their original protective cases)

Refund Details
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, model, or different product):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your archery equipment arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the packaging and item
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
