Do you sell left-handed bows?
Yes, many of our compound and recurve bows are available in left-handed configurations. Look for “LH” in the product title or description, or contact us if you’re unsure about a particular model.

What shipping options do you offer?
We provide two tailored shipping methods:
Fast Standard Shipping (£12.95)

Economical Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 days after dispatch

How long does order processing take?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship globally with two exceptions:
  1. Some remote areas in Asia and other locations (contact us to check)
  2. Areas where crossbows are restricted by local laws (check your regulations)
My tracking hasn’t updated in days – what should I do?
International shipping sometimes has delays in tracking updates. If it’s been more than 7 days without movement, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

What payment methods do you accept?

Why was I charged in GBP when I’m in another country?
As we’re based in the UK, all prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP). Your bank or credit card company will handle the currency conversion, possibly adding a small foreign transaction fee (check with them for details).
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is what you pay, plus:
  • £12.95 shipping if your order is under £50
  • Any import duties or taxes required by your country (we don’t control these)

Returns & Warranty

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be:
  • In original, unused condition
  • In all original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt
Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or was our error.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Despite our archery-specific packaging, damage can rarely occur in transit. If this happens:
  1. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  2. Do not discard any packaging materials
  3. Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and handle any claims with the shipping carrier.
Do your products come with manufacturer warranties?
Yes, all new bows and major accessories come with their full manufacturer warranties. These typically cover defects in materials and workmanship but not damage from misuse. Warranty paperwork is included with your order.

Technical Support

I need help setting up my bow – can you assist?
While we can provide basic guidance on assembly, we strongly recommend:
  • Having your bow professionally set up at a local archery shop
  • Consulting the manufacturer’s instructions
  • Watching official setup videos from the brand
For safety reasons, we can’t provide detailed setup instructions via email.
How do I choose the right arrows for my bow?
Arrow selection depends on:
  • Your bow type (compound, recurve, etc.)
  • Draw weight and length
  • Intended use (target, hunting, etc.)
Our product pages include basic recommendations, but for optimal performance, consult with a local archery pro shop that can measure your exact setup.
